Yes you are right - the look is on the boring side - but aren't we trying to send education content to students? If you want "Stunning and Style" trying using a Google Blogspot to send class content to students. A Blogspot renders correctly on many phone types, and is easy for an instructor to use. Also instructors note that you can Tweet a link to your Blog. Using this method you will not run out of space for characters. The link will open pages that render on student phones and instructors can stay in touch and keep students engaged.

Updates

Instructors can update their class blog using their mobile access device. For webcam outputs that are .AVI files - these files can be dragged to the Camtasia Studio time line and saved as a .SWF file. I reduce my player window size to decrease my file size. Keeping video files small keeps storage area size down, while providing multimedia to be linked to your course. Once .SWF files are created they can be uploaded to the ScreenCast.com site and viewed by students. This is according to data tracked by the search engine Indeed.com. "Twitter" and "jQuery" were among the five fastest growing keywords.

Secondary Education Instructors need be prepared for students accessing content on phones and tablet's starting now. There are two free tools that instructors can use right now for getting their content on to student's wireless devices. One is Twitter and the second is Blogger.

I use both of these services in training, and the reason is that these presentation layers fit on my Blackberry Bold. If I upload content that will fit on my Blackberry then I have gotten my content out to the majority of student devices. A second major point for me is that using both these tools provides me with content that will work on both desktops and wireless devices. Thia is important since instructors are using desktops or laptops to create content that students will sometimes access on their wireless devices.

PHP XML Parsing

Check out the section (http://www.w3schools.com/PHP/php_xml_parser_expat.asp) on W3Schools covering XML parsing with PHP.
